Booking and Purchase Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing a SR Derma Laser Clinic UK. These Booking and Purchase Terms and Conditions (Terms) apply when you make a booking and/or purchase through our website (https://www.srdermaclinic.co.uk/) (Website), via telephone, or in-person at a SR Derma Laser Clinic UK.

By making a booking or purchase you agree to these Terms with Srderma Clinic (as defined in section 1.1- below).

References in these Terms to ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ are references to Clinic.

You should review these Terms carefully and not proceed with a booking or purchase if you do not agree. You should also review the SR Derma Laser Clinic UK Website Terms & Conditions and SR Derma Laser Clinic Privacy Policy, which outline (as applicable) the additional terms that apply to the use of the Website, and provide information on how your personal information is handled by SR Derma Laser Clinic (as defined in section 1.1 below).

* Agreement

1.1 Formation of agreement with SR Derma Laser Clinic.

By making a booking or purchase. These Terms are agreed between you and SR Derma Laser Clinic.

You acknowledge and agree that you are making a booking with and/or purchasing a right to receive goods and/ or services from

Subject to local law, you agree that your sole rights and entitlements are with your Chosen Clinic SR Derma Laser Clinic.

1.2 Client Consent Form

You agree that you will be required to agree to additional terms with SR DERMA Clinic before you receive relevant goods and/or services, including (without limitation) the client consent form.

You agree you authorise to treat you using the certain machine / treatment. The limitations of treatment and expected treatment outcome have been explained to you, and you also understand that a course of treatments are necessary with regular maintenance treatments in the future to obtain optimal results.

You are also aware that the wearing of protective eyewear is important during laser treatment and agree that you will wear the eyewear supplied by the clinic until I am told it is safe to remove them.

The clinic above has informed you about alternative treatment possibilities and I understand that other forms of treatment or no treatment at all, are choices that you have.

You also agree to follow the clinic instructions regarding avoiding sun exposure during your treatment time with them and understand that not heeding these instructions may result in a delay in your  treatment program.

You also agree to follow the post-treatment recommendations advised by the clinic above in order to ensure the best possible results. You understand that excessive heat should be avoided for 48 hours and that exposure to the sun must be avoided for at least 4 weeks after the Laser treatment and a sunblock of SPF 30 or greater must be used on the exposed skin areas. Otherwise it is possible that blotchy skin pigmentation, hyper- or hypo- pigmentation might occur.

You also agree clinic has informed you of the possible side effects of treatment, which includes temporary erythema, sensations of heat and possible bruising or blistering and understand how and why these might occur and wish to proceed with treatment and will not hold the clinic responsible should I suffer any of these side effects.

You also agree to co-operate with the recommendations of the above clinic while you under the care, realising that any lack of co-operation could result in less than optimum results. You certify that all information that the clinic has requested of me of a medical/health nature is correct and that it is your responsibility to inform the clinic should any of this information change.

You certify that you have read the entire informed consent and you agree to all its provisions. you certify that you have had the opportunity to ask questions and these questions have been answered to my satisfaction. you fully understand the treatment conditions and procedure.

You also agree to pay for the mentioned services and understand that there will be no refunds for any performed services.

* Bookings and purchases

1.3 Bookings (general)

(a) When you make a booking, you will be asked to provide certain information to assist us in finding an appropriate service for you. You must provide accurate and current information to us to ensure we can find the most appropriate booking for you.

(b) While we will use our best efforts to ensure that we can deliver the relevant service at your booked time, subject to applicable law, we make no guarantee that we will be able to deliver the relevant service at the booked time.

(c)  If we cannot deliver your booked service at your booked time, we will use best efforts to find an alternative suitable time and, to the extent that we cannot find a suitable for both you and your Chosen Clinic, we will offer you a full refund.

(d) When you make a booking, you agree to pay in full the cost of those goods and/or services to your Chosen Clinic, including any taxes and charges that may apply.

SR Derma Laser Clinic Zero Tolerance Policy

At SR Derma Laser Clinic, we are committed to providing a safe, professional, and respectful environment for all of our clients and staff. In order to ensure a positive experience for everyone, we have implemented a Zero Tolerance Policy. This policy is designed to protect our clients, employees, and the integrity of the services we provide.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for services or treatments at SR Derma Laser Clinic are final. Once payment has been received and treatment has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We encourage our clients to ask questions and clarify any concerns before committing to any treatments.

2. Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the appointment deposit, as appropriate.

3. Zero Tolerance for Abuse

We have a Zero Tolerance policy for any form of abuse, whether it is verbal, physical, or emotional, directed towards our staff or other clients. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Aggressive language or behavior
  • Harassment or intimidation
  • Threats or physical violence
  • Any form of abuse will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to terminate the treatment immediately. If necessary, we will contact law enforcement to ensure the safety of all individuals involved.

4. Immediate Action

If you engage in any abusive behavior, your treatment will be immediately canceled, and you will be asked to leave the clinic premises. Police may be called if the situation warrants, and you may be banned from future services. We will document all incidents of abuse to protect the rights of our staff and clients. 5. Respectful Environment We value all of our clients and strive to create a respectful, professional environment for everyone. We ask that all individuals treat our staff with courtesy and respect at all times.
